Azhar

Azhar studied architecture at The Bartlett School of the Built Environment, at University College London and is a Registered Chartered Architect. He is dedicated to delivering projects with an emphasis on environmentally sensitive and energy efficient design and expertise in integrating sustainable strategies.

Azhar has practiced architecture internationally for over 25 years, with extensive experience in the UK, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa. He has international senior design and management experience covering a significant number of large scale mixed use architectural projects including transport infrastructure and master planning projects, as well as individual buildings. Azhar has previously worked with a range of internationally respected offices, including Conran,  Alsop & Stoermer, Terry Farrell and Battle McCarthy; he also has extensive experience in international consultancy.

Azhar believes in creating exciting design solutions to deliver intelligent projects with integrity and passion, integrating the social, economic and environmental aspects and creating an inspirational sustainable future. He specialises in unlocking development potential, and believes in the transformational change that regeneration and integrated thinking offer.

Azhar has taught and lectured widely, and continues research on emerging technologies for the built environment.
