Keith Williams is founder and design director of Keith Williams Architects, one of the UK’s most respected architectural and urban masterplanning firms.

Keith also chairs Lewisham Design Review Panel and sits on the CABE National Design Review Panel. He is vastly experienced in the design review process having participated in over 100 reviews.

Keith’s firm, Keith Williams Architects is recipient of nearing 40 major architecture and design awards and has twice been voted BD Public Building Architect of the Year. The firm works internationally across a broad range of sectors including major civic, cultural, residential and masterplanning projects, and its projects have been published worldwide. Keith’s recent buildings include the Luan Art Gallery, Athlone, Ireland, the Marlowe Theatre, Canterbury, and the Novium Museum, Chichester, Other notable projects include Athlone Civic Centre and Wexford Opera House both in Ireland, and the Unicorn Theatre and the Long House, in London. He has worked on proposals for a new city for 10 million inhabitants near Karachi in Pakistan and is currently also working on projects in Germany, Canada and the South-East Asia.

Keith is a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, a member of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. He has lectured widely on architecture and design, has judged numerous architectural competitions and awards schemes, and in 2010 was made Honorary Visiting Professor of Architecture at Zhengzhou University, China.
