Meet our new Design Advisor – Sogand Babol

Sogand joins us with four years experience in architectural practice on urban, strategic, public ream and mixed-use projects.

Most recently, she has been studying toward her RIBA Part III at the University of Westminster. She studied her Part II as a member of the Free Unit at London Metropolitan University, graduating with distinction. This course nurtured self-initiated briefs, and the project went on to win the North West London Society of Architects RIBA award for quality design combined with social engagement, entrepreneurship and activism.

She completed her Part I in Architecture at the University of Sheffield, graduating with first class honours. Here, Sogand participated in an intensive Erasmus course at Università Iuav di Venezia, contributing to the social impact chapter of the publication ‘Delta Landscapes 2100’, which was also exhibited at IABR – International Architecture Biennale Rotterdam 2012.

She is also a member of OKRA CIC, an architecture collective who co-founded a new workspace on industrial land off the Old Kent Road in London.
